How to use it?
1. Shave the area you are planning to work on.
2. Plug the handset into power supply.
3. Remove sunnies from packaging and put them on.
4. Choose your mode; manual or automatic (manual for precision areas such as face, automatic for areas like legs and stomach).
5. Start on a lower level (1) and gradually build up (maximum 8). Be mindful of skin type.
6. Place the device head flat against the skin and proceed to use.
7. When finished hair removal, place a cold damp towel onto skin for 1-2 minutes.
8. We advise not using twice on same spot.
9. Using after 1-2 weeks (3-4 times a week), using after 3-4 weeks (2 times a week), using after 4-8 weeks (once per half a month or once per month).
Can it be used on your face?
Yes, we recommend using the lower levels.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely, many of our customers were beginners when they started out.
Should you shave before every treatment?
We recommend a thorough hair removal before each use. This will have a better hair removal effect. And the heat emitted will make the hair smell like burnt.
Is it suitable for black people with dark skin tone?
It is suitable for white, ivory, beige light brown but not suitable for dark brown, black skin tone.
Can you moisturise after you do your IPL session?
Yes, you can. We recommend a deep moisturiser.
Is it cordless?
No, you will need to connect it into the power supply every time it is used.
Is it useful for men?
What is IPL?
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) works in a similar way to laser therapy, however IPL can be used from the comfort of your own home.

What are the delivery times?

Where are you from?
Our company is based in the UK. We deliver our products directly from our suppliers located in Asia.
Who delivers my packages?
Your packages are delivered by the responsible local post office.
Where can I track my order?
You can use the Track My Order section on our website or any other tracking website and use your personal tracking code provided with your order once it is shipped.
What happens if no one is home?
Our items will be left in your mailbox whenever possible. Otherwise, your package will be dropped off at your post office where you can pick it up.
I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once the order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Some items are missing from my orders, where are they?
We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier deals with a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster than others). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in one package.

You can currently pay by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or payments on receipt.
